Ex-Cabin Crew needed for a London leading private equity firm in the City - they are looking for a polished and professional Corporate Executive Receptionist to join its Front of House team. This is a client-facing role within a high-quality corporate environment, supporting senior executives, investors, clients and international visitors.
The Role
As Corporate Executive Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of service across reception, meeting rooms and the wider client floor. Responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients, investors and visitors and ensuring they receive a professional and personalised service
- Managing visitor arrivals, security procedures, passes and meeting room requirements
- Answering and transferring incoming calls professionally
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared ahead of meetings
- Carrying out regular meeting room and client-floor checks
- Coordinating refreshments, catering and hospitality for meetings
- Liaising with PAs, EAs and internal teams regarding visitors and meeting arrangements
- Supporting video conferencing and basic AV requirements within meeting rooms
- Managing incoming couriers, deliveries and collections
- Booking taxis and assisting visitors with travel arrangements where required
- Maintaining the presentation of reception, meeting rooms and shared client areas
- Reporting facilities, maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly
- Liaising with Facilities, Security, Catering and other support teams
- Assisting with internal and external events when required
- Providing additional administrative and Front of House support during busy periods
