Guest Services Manager / Reception Manager / Membership Manager – in Surrey – for 5* VERY HIGH END Establishment

This newly created role is central to enhancing the member and guest experience at our luxury establishment. The Guest Services & Membership Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional member journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality or private member services, with a deep understanding of high-net-worth expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House (FOH) Management:

• Lead and manage a team of around 15, including 10 Service Assistants and 5 Reception staff.
• Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
• Streamline FOH procedures to boost efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
• Resolve FOH issues promptly with minimal disruption.

Concierge Services:

• Deliver a full concierge service for members, from dining bookings to bespoke event support.
• Anticipate member needs and provide tailored assistance.

Guest Room & Booking Management:

• Ensure accurate and efficient guest room bookings in coordination with other departments.
• Manage smooth check-in and check-out processes.

Member Journey & Experience:

• Own the end-to-end member journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Uphold the luxury brand experience across all touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing FOH and Service team.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain effective staffing and scheduling to meet service demands.
