A large global law firm is seeking a Corporate Receptionist or Senior Receptionist. The role involves reservations of meetings and executive events, providing 5* customer service, and liaising with VIPs and UHNW individuals, as well as providing team support administration.
Essential Experience:
- Corporate Reception
- Using your 5* reception skills to create a positive first impression
- Booking lunches with the catering team
- Carrying out diary management

Reception Duties:
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm, friendly manner
- Utilising the meeting room calendar/meeting room software
- Setting up conference calls
- Overseeing the catering team for meeting room setups and ensuring cleanliness
- Booking lunches and liaising with hospitality teams for drinks and meals
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering when necessary
- General administration (photocopying, faxing, scanning)
- Booking travel and accommodation
Requirements:
- Previous FOH/Reception or Cabin Crew experience
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Able to communicate at the highest level
- Ability to prioritise and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Excellent telephone manner, well presented and polite
- A team player
- Knowledge of MS Office
