A Corporate Receptionist opportunity has arisen at a large global Law Firm in London. The role involves reservations of meetings and executive events, providing 5* customer service, and liaising with VIPs and UHNW individuals, as well as providing team support administration.
Using your 5* reception skills, you would be their ambassador creating that first impression. Responsibilities include:
- Booking lunches with the catering team
- Carrying out diary management
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm, friendly manner
- Utilising the meeting room calendar/meeting room software
- Setting up conference calls
- Overseeing the catering team who are setting up/clearing meeting rooms
- Ensuring that the cleaning teams have kept the space tidy at all times
- Keeping check on office supplies and ordering if necessary
- General administration (photocopy, fax, scanning)
- Booking travel and accommodation
Previous FOH receptionist experience from either a company or a 4 or 5* hotel, or ex-cabin crew experience is essential. Candidates should possess wonderful communication and administration skills, an excellent telephone manner, and be well presented and polite. Knowledge of MS Office is also required.
