Hospitality Assistant needed – If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, a restaurant, café or coffee shop environment and are looking to move into a professional corporate office setting, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and hands-on Office Assistant to help support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy corporate office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, suited to someone who enjoys being busy, helping people and taking pride in presentation and service standards.
Duties may include:
- Preparing tea, coffee and refreshments for clients and meetings
- Setting up and checking meeting rooms before appointments
- Assisting with room layouts and ensuring rooms are presentation-ready
- Carrying out basic Wi-Fi and AV checks prior to meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Scanning, photocopying and general administrative support
- Restocking office and kitchen supplies
- Keeping shared areas tidy and organised
- Supporting office and reception teams with day-to-day tasks
The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable and well presented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail or office support would be highly beneficial.
