Guest Services Manager / Guest Experience Manager We are seeking an energetic Guest Services Manager to lead a high-standard guest services strategy across the UK. This is a National Role and will involve UK travel. The role will focus on hospitality-led service, building presentation, tenant engagement and creating a positive workplace experience across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain hospitality-led standards for reception and guest services teams across all sites.
- Define, monitor and audit standards across reception areas, meeting spaces and general building presentation to ensure consistent quality.
- Design and deliver networking, wellness and community initiatives to improve tenant satisfaction and strengthen tenant relationships.
- Provide guidance, support and training to site-based teams, with a focus on customer service, hospitality standards and consistent delivery.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction through surveys, feedback and KPI dashboards, presenting clear recommendations to management.
