Project Manager

Infleqtion has offices in the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. This is a full-time position in our Kidlington, Oxford office. Work from home permitted up to 2 days per week based on business needs and manager approval.
Infleqtion UK’s newly hired Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation and timeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate business needs and requirements into actionable project plans with deliverables and milestones
- Coordinate internal resources, external partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and availability throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Execute projects in accordance with the Infleqtion Product Lifecycle
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Provide regular project reporting and escape risks or issues to management as required
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Perform proactive risk management to identify, mitigate and monitor project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Lead project reviews with customers and Infleqtion leadership
