We're looking for a Director of Product to play a key role in shaping our product capability within our Platform Services division. This is an opportunity for a highly experienced product leader who brings strong product craft, external perspective, and a passion for driving impact at scale. You'll lead a small team of product professionals, while also influencing product strategy, ways of working, and outcomes across a broader set of teams and senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working two days per week from our Cambridge office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and evolve your product area, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, use cases, and value drivers
  • Ensure the product delivers maximum value through strong feature design, performance, and customer enablement
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Product Managers/Product Owners, building a high-performing and collaborative environment
  • Lead through influence, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve product practices and outcomes across Platform Services
  • Bring fresh thinking and external best practices to continuously raise the bar on product strategy and execution
  • Work closely with Engineering to shape and deliver a high-quality product roadmap
  • Partner with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure clear, compelling product positioning

What we're looking for:

  • Significant product management experience, ideally within Enterprise SaaS
  • A track record of applying learnings from different environments to improve product outcomes
  • Ability to drive alignment at senior levels through influence
  • Experience leading and developing product talent (even within smaller teams)
  • Strong collaboration across Engineering, UX, and commercial teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Benefits:

  • 23 days' holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service
  • Additional day off for your birthday
  • Private medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children
  • Life insurance of 4 times your base salary
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme
  • Enhanced family leave
  • Confidential Employee Assistance Program
  • Cycle to work scheme
