  • Ensure the product delivers maximum value through strong feature design, performance, and customer enablement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Product Managers/Product Owners, building a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Lead through influence, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve product practices and outcomes across Platform Services.
  • Bring fresh thinking and external best practices to continuously raise the bar on product strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with Engineering to shape and deliver a high-quality product roadmap.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to ensure clear, compelling product positioning.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant product management experience, ideally within Enterprise SaaS.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Benefits:

  • 23 days' holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service.
  • Additional day off for your birthday.
  • Private medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children.
  • Life insurance of 4 times your base salary.
  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
  • Enhanced family leave.
  • Confidential Employee Assistance Program.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
