We are looking for a friendly, professional and proactive Reception Team Member to join our team at Linton Lodge Hotel, a charming property in North Oxford. About the Role
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
- Handling reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
- Managing payments and daily reception procedures
- Supporting with guest queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensuring the reception area is always presentable and professional
- Working closely with housekeeping and other departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
