The Role

We’re looking for a [Job Title] to join our [Department] team. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this position involves leading a team of Quality Controllers and Auditors to ensure that all scheduled quality inspections are conducted accurately. You will be responsible for investigating and resolving any issues related to food safety, product quality, legal compliance, or other standards.

You will oversee the activities of quality inspectors and support the broader production team in addressing any quality‑related concerns. Your role includes verifying that finished products meet specified standards and customer expectations. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a relevant food industry qualification or equivalent work experience. Experience working within frameworks such as the British Retail Consortium (BRC) or similar standards is preferred. Familiarity with food laws, attention to detail, and certifications such as Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3, or Internal Audit qualifications are highly desirable.
