Due to continued growth and exciting international brand activity, we are now looking to appoint a Marketing Executive to join the Global Marketing team.
The Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, Froneri International Ltd, this is a high exposure role where you will work across international markets, multiple brands and a broad mix of commercial and marketing activity. You will play a key role supporting global projects, across major brands, helping bring together the work that enables the business to engage with markets around the world, licensing partners, investors and agencies. You will also have the opportunity to travel internationally, build relationships across global teams and create genuine long term career opportunities, whether within the international function or into UK marketing.
This is a hands‑on, fast paced and highly visible role where you will be right at the centre of activity, helping to keep projects moving and delivering to a high standard. You will be involved in:
- Supporting global marketing projects from concept through to execution
- Managing project plans and critical paths, ensuring activity is delivered on time
- Working cross functionally with marketing, NPD, commercial and finance teams
- Building high quality presentations for investors, agencies, third party partners and senior stakeholders
- Supporting brand launches, innovation programmes and campaign rollouts across markets
- Coordinating agency engagement, including briefing, timelines and output delivery
- Supporting global and in market communications activity
- Contributing to corporate communications and internal messaging
- Pulling together insight, updates and materials to support decision making
- Supporting internal meetings, workshops and brand reviews
- Managing key assets, content and project materials
- Using AI and latest tech tools to improve output, speed and quality
- Acting as a central point of organisation across multiple workstreams
What We Are Looking For
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career, likely with 1 to 3 years’ experience, who wants to accelerate their development in a global marketing environment. We expect strong interest from candidates with FMCG or consumer brand experience. However, we are also open to high potential individuals from other sectors who bring exceptional attitude, energy and capability. - Experience building presentations and working with structured information
