At FromTheSpot, we\’re looking for volunteer football journalists to contribute to our coverage of the beautiful game. You\’ll have the opportunity to get stuck into a variety of content, writing about the clubs that you know best.

Since our inception, we\’ve been covering elite football with precision, ensuring that fans are kept in the loop with what\’s going on at their beloved club. Powered by a fantastic collective of students and early career journalists, this is a really exciting time to join FromTheSpot as a new Senior Editorial Team takes control for the first time.

We\’ve always prided ourselves on providing unrivalled opportunities for our team. FromTheSpot contributors have covered six UEFA Club Competition finals and two major international tournaments from the press box, mingling with and learning from some of the best journalists in the business.

It\’s important to emphasise that we cannot offer paid roles at this time. We understand that this isn\’t ideal, so we won\’t hold you to any unrealistic expectations – you\’re free to contribute what you want, when you want. For those who are keen to develop their skills and boost their employability, there are always opportunities to progress into an editorial role within the company. Past editors have gone on to secure employment with some of the nation\’s most reputable news outlets and clubs.
