Grade 2, Point 4-5, £26,016 - £26,427per annum, pro rata
Actual salary £18,878 - £19,176 perannum
31.25 hours per week, Term Time &Inset Days

We are eager to hear from you ifyou are a dedicated, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistantwith experience in supporting young people to enhance their learningopportunities. The successful applicant will be working within the MathsDepartment to provide numeracy support to students. Working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:15pm Term Time and Inset days. This is a Temporary role to cover Maternity Leave.
To be considered for the roleyou will be able to demonstrate that you are:
- Able to provideexcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well with youngpeople focusing on access to learning whilst building positive workingrelationships.
- Able to work on yourown initiative as well as part of a team.
- Able to provide clearinstructions and guidance, using coaching and listening skills to support youngpeople with access to learning.
- Able to promote anethos of inclusion and equal opportunities for all, regardless of any specialeducational needs.
