What you will be doing: We are seeking to grow our Customer Transformation consulting practice by hiring a dynamic Marketing Strategy & Transformation Consultant and Senior Consultant to help us accelerate the growth of Martech enabled transformation and address the growing complexity of AI based Marketing solutions. The individual we are looking for must have a sound understanding of Marketing or Advertising Technology with a proven ability to shape, and deliver innovative marketing strategy programmes of work. Previous relevant experience, preferably in a consultancy/agency or Industry. Previous experience in delivering Marketing Transformations. High-level understanding of MarTech or AdTech knowledge meaning you're capable of delivering Marketing Technology solutions to clients. You understand how to turn a set of business objectives into capabilities and map those capabilities to technical solutions. You have experience in driving digital transformation more broadly, in areas such as building marketing strategies, designing future-fit marketing operations, and activating content, data & technology to deliver growth.
An overview of the role: This role is an exciting blend of management consulting skills, mixed with Marketing Technology, Strategy and Operations. You will help define modern Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology (Martech) ecosystems for clients, delivering impactful solutions that improve ROI and enable their marketing strategies, whether focused on productivity, optimisation, or engagement. You will support your team in embedding Marketing Services and Martech capabilities alongside supporting processes, operating models, and governance frameworks. You will analyse and optimize clients' Marketing Services and Martech stacks, identifying inefficiencies and designing solutions to enhance marketing operations and maximize ROI. You will provide objective insights into the strengths and weaknesses of products, tools, and approaches within the Marketing Services and Martech space. You will ensure you are informed of best practices, emerging technology trends, and innovations in digital media, data integration, data platforms, marketing automation, digital asset management, content management, and social media. You will help organisations unlock the potential of AI by defining pilots, scaling approaches, and embedding AI into their marketing practices. You will have industry experience in one or more of: Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Utilities, Telco, Public Sector.
