The Candidate Suitable candidates will need a depth of retail Store or Assistant Store Management experience gained within a retail business. Your experience can be from Department or Chain Stores, or the high street or out of town or you may have management experience from other service led retail businesses where commerciality and customer service are key. Crucially you will possess a rounded management style, be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, and be adept at spotting commercial opportunity and reacting to the needs of your customers.
