As a Fire & Security Apprentice, you’ll work towards a nationally recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification whilst gaining hands‑on experience alongside our experienced engineering team. You’ll be working on real projects from day one, developing the skills and knowledge to build a long‑term career in fire and security systems. The role includes block release study at a college based in Gloucester, giving you structured learning alongside your on‑the‑job training.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire and security systems
  • Working alongside qualified engineers on live projects
  • Attending block release college in Gloucester as part of your apprenticeship programme
  • Building your knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Developing into a fully qualified fire and security engineer

What We’re Looking For

  • Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in fire and/or security systems
  • A can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ideally aged 18 or above
  • A full UK driving licence is a strong advantage — or actively working towards one
  • Must be based within approximately 1 hour of our office at Coped Hall Business Park, Royal Wootton Bassett
