As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Compliance Manager to help us maintain and build upon the high standards our clients rely on. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire and security compliance to take on a pivotal role within our business – working across NSI (Gold) and BAFE certification management, audit leadership, quality assurance, and operational support.
About the Role
Based at our offices at Coped Hall Business Park, Royal Wootton Bassett (with hybrid working available), the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our ongoing compliance with all relevant schemes, British Standards, and regulatory requirements. Key areas of responsibility include managing certification and audit processes, maintaining controlled documentation, monitoring engineering competence, delivering compliance training, and supporting teams with technical guidance across fire and security operations.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with proven NSI and/or BAFE compliance experience, a solid understanding of fire and security industry standards, and the communication skills to work effectively across all areas of the business. Experience with ISO management systems and knowledge of relevant British Standards would be a real advantage.
