Full stack engineer – Fatigue Risk Management (FRM)
About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level full stack engineer with strong frontend and cloud experience to join our Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) solutions team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that support clients in aviation, transportation, and other safety‑critical industries.
You will work closely with R&D, product, and customer success teams to deliver modern, responsive web interfaces backed by reliable, cloud-native services in Azure. The ideal candidate is strong in React, comfortable with .NET APIs, and experienced with Azure services used to build secure, high-availability applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET APIs and React-based frontends.
· Collaborate with product and UI/UX designers to implement intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
· Continuously improve application performance, reliability, observability, and security.
· Enhance development efficiency through automation, tooling, and best practices (CI/CD, testing, code review).
· Support integration with external systems and data sources
· Investigate and resolve production issues, and provide technical support as needed.
· Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and documentation.
Qualifications
Must have:
· 3+ years of professional software development experience.
· 2+ years of experience with C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core preferred) for building RESTful APIs.
· 2+ years of experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React.
· Experience with TypeScript, modern frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite, npm/Yarn)
· Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
Preferred but not required:
· Experience with React Native Mobile application development
· Experience with Infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Bicep
· Experience in data intensive UX, dashboards, or data visualization libraries
