We are seeking an energetic KP/ kitchen assistant to join our team. The candidate must have the right to work in the UK, previous experience and good English. Our KP/Chef needs to be able to work across the whole kitchen, from supporting the preparation with cleaning and clearing, to helping with dishes and service. This role is pivotal to the successful functioning of the kitchen.
The duties will include:
- Working as KP, to clean and clear the kitchen and equipment used.
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
