Your Impact We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems and Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, designing IT solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities Analyse business processes and identify areas for system improvement. Gather, document, and validate system and business requirements from stakeholders. Design and implement IT solutions to optimise business operations. Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and maintain system architecture. Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making. Oversee system testing and implementation to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Provide training and support to end-users for new and existing systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Monitor and evaluate system performance, proposing enhancements as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Understanding of business processes, system analysis, and IT solutions. Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
