Your Impact
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems and Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, designing IT solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and identify areas for system improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate system and business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and implement IT solutions to optimise business operations.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and maintain system architecture.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Oversee system testing and implementation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users for new and existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, proposing enhancements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Understanding of business processes, system analysis, and IT solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
