Your Impact

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems and Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves analysing business processes, gathering requirements, designing IT solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify areas for system improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate system and business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Design and implement IT solutions to optimise business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and maintain system architecture.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Oversee system testing and implementation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for new and existing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, proposing enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Understanding of business processes, system analysis, and IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
