Hybrid (Office & On-Location – 2-3 days a week)

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. As our Content Creator (Paid Ads focused), you’ll be responsible for developing social-first ads that stop thumbs and drive results – primarily across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll work closely with our existing Content Creator (Sarah) to develop ideas, produce content, flexing seamlessly between paid and organic content to keep our social content creatively aligned across channels and as engaging as possible.
Responsibilities
- Create & Edit Social-First Ads: Own the ideation and production of native-style video content that drives performance across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our Content Creator, Creative Producer and Growth team to align content with strategy and performance goals.
- Spot Trends & Cultural Moments: Stay ahead of platform trends, memes and formats — and know how to turn them into impactful ad creatives.
- Feature in Content: Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed to bring authenticity and energy to creator-style ads.
- Bridge Paid & Organic: Collaborate with our organic Social Content Creator to ensure cohesive storytelling and shared learnings between paid and organic.
- Optimise Content: Review performance data to understand what’s working, iterate, and improve creative output.
Who you are
- Experienced: You’ve been creating content personally or for a brand for 2-3+ years and have a portfolio that shows off your skills.
- Culturally Aware: You’re in tune with the latest trends and can translate them into creative content.
- Social IQ: You know your way around Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and understand how to create content that resonates with different audiences.
- Innovative: You push creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Authentic: You’re confident on camera and able to bring a natural, authentic vibe to the content you create.
- Passionate About Food and/ or Wellness: You’re excited to promote a brand focused on great quality food & balanced living.
