Your Impact: As Senior Growth Marketing Executive at Frive, you’ll play a key role in a small, high-impact growth team, focused on scaling new customer acquisition efficiently and sustainably. Working closely with the Growth Manager, you’ll help drive performance across our core channels - Paid Social (Meta and TikTok), Google Ads (Paid Search and YouTube) and SEO, while also supporting the testing, launch, and scaling of new acquisition channels. Full ownership of the Affiliate channel will sit with you, including managing the agency relationship, setting clear targets, and ensuring performance is consistently tracked, optimised, and improved. Data will underpin your decision-making. You’ll draw insights from multiple sources, including third-party attribution tools, GA4, in-platform reporting, and Looker, then translate them into clear recommendations and actions that improve LTV:CAC efficiency. This role is suited to someone who is highly outcome-focused and invested in their own development: taking accountability for hitting targets, learning quickly from results and feedback, and building deep expertise in performance marketing, channel optimisation, and data-led storytelling as Frive continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate channel ownership & agency management: Manage the affiliate programme and agency relationship to ensure consistent growth and quality traffic. Act as the day-to-day contact for our affiliate agency and key partners, replying promptly and quickly removing any blockers. Review weekly reports to ensure performance (CPAs and new customer sign-ups), budget, and quality are on track. When they aren’t, question and challenge the agency to move performance in the right direction. Support onboarding and activation of new affiliate partners to grow reach. Proactively suggest creative campaigns or incentives to boost affiliate engagement and conversions. Where larger-scale campaign-led Affiliate activity runs outside of AWIN, effectively manage those relationships and propose new test/campaign ideas to the Growth Manager and Head of Growth for sign-off.
  • Supporting the Growth Manager Across All Channels: Assist with campaign setup, creative development, and reporting across (but not limited to) Meta, TikTok, Paid Search, SEO, YouTube, and Demand Gen. Support campaign setup and QA to ensure flawless execution and tracking. Monitor live campaigns, flagging issues or opportunities for optimisation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across paid and owned channels. Take ownership for specific new test or optimisation actions, working with teams including Brand, Data and Product to produce high-quality, effective results to agreed deadlines. Contribute ideas to improve conversion rate, customer journey, and overall growth efficiency. Support in keeping channel testing and optimisation roadmaps updated.
  • Executing New Channel Tests: Support the Head of Growth and Growth Manager in planning, launching, and scaling new channel tests that expand Frive’s reach. Help research and evaluate emerging platforms and tactics to find high-potential opportunities. Create test briefs outlining hypothesis, audience, budget, and success metrics. Collaborate with creative, brand, digital product and data teams to ensure tests are launched efficiently and measured accurately. Monitor results in real time, summarising early performance indicators and learnings. Document learnings and share recommendations for whether to scale, iterate, or pause.

Skills and Behaviours Required:

  • Commercial, data-driven mindset: You have a strong bias towards numbers and data. You’re comfortable analysing performance (ad CTRs, CVRs etc), understanding unit economics, and using insight to make decisions that improve CPA efficiency and LTV:CAC over time.
  • Strong experimentation mindset: You’re naturally curious and enjoy running structured A/B tests, forming clear hypotheses, and learning quickly from results to continuously improve performance.
  • Channel ownership and executional excellence: You’re comfortable owning day-to-day execution across multiple paid channels, ensuring campaigns are well-structured, optimised, and consistently performing to a high standard.
  • Effective stakeholder management: You can manage relationships across teams and with external partners, setting clear expectations, communicating progress and performance, and ensuring alignment towards shared goals.
  • Clear communicator and collaborator: You can distil complex performance data into clear insights and next steps, communicate confidently, and contribute constructively in cross-functional discussions.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven: You take initiative, spot opportunities, propose solutions, and follow through. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Highly organised and adaptable: You can juggle multiple priorities, move at pace without compromising quality, and adapt quickly as the business scales.

Staff Benefits:

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 25 days Holiday + Public
  • Bonus Scheme
  • A discount on our amazing food
  • Hybrid working pattern
  • Enhanced parental leave
