Role Overview You will work directly with our Founder and CEO, George Taylor, to build and shape his personal brand across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok and You Tube, and any other relevant platforms.
Your goal is to develop an engaging, founder‑focused content strategy that reaches a wide audience.

Find the winning formula for George’s content.
Film, edit and publish content that people actually want to watch.
Travel with George to events, launches and key moments to capture content as it happens.
Own performance – test, learn, iterate and continually refine our founder content.
Do whatever it takes to build a founder brand people can’t ignore.
You Deep familiarity with short‑form content styles and platform norms across Tik Tok, Instagram, and beyond.
In‑depth understanding of how to optimise content for engagement on each platform.
