Your Impact: You’ll feed into the strategic direction by identifying opportunities, testing new ideas, and refining the customer journey, while ensuring flawless delivery of high-performing campaigns and automated journeys that maximise LTV. Supported by our CRM agency and working closely with the Head of Growth, Brand, Product and Data teams, you’ll balance hands-on execution with strategic input. Your work will directly drive revenue and profit growth via a range of channels and touchpoints.
About You: You’re an experienced CRM professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. With 3-5+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing (ideally within a DTC subscription business), you know how to turn insight into action and ideas into impact. You’re confident managing an agency but equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build and optimise campaigns yourself. Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, you’re passionate about using CRM to drive retention, conversion, and long-term customer value in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign management: Oversee and execute weekly email campaigns from end to end, from planning and creative briefing to deployment and performance analysis. Collaborate with the agency and internal teams to ensure content, targeting, and timing align with business priorities. Continuously optimise through A/B testing and insights-driven iteration.
- Lifecycle automation: Own and evolve triggered flows (welcome, winback, churn prevention, abandoned basket, reward club, skip flow, etc) to deliver incremental revenue and profit. Identify opportunities for new automations, segmentation improvements, and personalised touchpoints that drive engagement and reduce churn.
- Multi-channel engagement: Manage and optimise CRM communications across email, SMS/WhatsApp, App push and onsite touchpoints, ensuring channel mix supports overall retention and reactivation goals. Evaluate performance and ROI, and make data-led recommendations for scaling or optimising each channel.
- Agency management: Act as the key internal contact for our CRM agency, setting clear briefs, aligning on priorities, and ensuring timely execution. Review agency output to maintain brand consistency, data accuracy, and performance alignment.
- Testing and innovation: Lead A/B and multivariate tests across creative, targeting, and messaging. Collaborate with Growth to trial new channels (e.g., Meta reactivation ads, in-box inserts, or other owned/paid CRM integrations).
- Reporting and insights: Own weekly and monthly CRM performance reporting. Translate data into actionable insights and communicate results to stakeholders across Growth, Brand, and Finance.
Skills and Behaviours Required:
- Hands-on execution: Proficient in ESPs like Klaviyo, with strong experience building and deploying campaigns and automated flows. Understanding of segmentation, deliverability, personalisation, and A/B testing best practices. Experience with SMS and push notifications preferred but not essential.
- Analytical and commercial mindset: Skilled in extracting and interpreting performance data to drive continuous improvement. Ability to link CRM performance to commercial outcomes and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly present performance results, insights, and next steps to stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised: Skilled at managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Collaborative and adaptable: Confident working cross-functionally and managing external partners. Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Growth-oriented: Curious, proactive, and motivated to deliver measurable results. You thrive on improvement and innovation.
Staff Benefits:
- Private Medical Insurance (provided by Vitality)
- 25 days Holiday + Public
- Salary Sacrifice Pension
- Bonus (paid out twice a year)
- 50% Discount on our amazing food
- Enhanced mat/pat leave
- Mintago Financial Wellbeing Platform – includes workplace mental health support via MIND, Free Financial Service Advice and LOTS more
