As Influencer Marketing Executive at Frive, you will build and scale a thriving community of influencers who drive new customer sign-ups to Frivethrough DTC, and, as a secondary channel, feed our Tik Tok Shop programme.

Although reporting into the Head of Brand, you won’t just see influencers as a pure Brand channel – you’ll balance close, long-term creator relationships with sharp commercial thinking, owning the numbers behind the programme (CPA, incentive structure, commission rates and kickback costs) as closely as you own the relationships themselves.

You’llwork closely with our influencer agency, supercharging the strong work already underway, and working across Brand and Growth to make sure every partnership is optimised, every piece of content earns its place, and every pound spent drives a return.

You’llbe primarily responsible for accelerating Frive’s in-house Influencer Affiliate programme, scaling the volume of influencers into the 1000s, whilstretainingquality output and proving the ROI it can deliver.

You’llbe relentlessly organised and target-driven, coordinating the day-to-day operations behind the programme, from weekly meal orders and codes to reporting - while never losing sight of the bigger commercial picture.

About you

Highly commercial – you think in terms of CAC, incentivestructuresand commission rates, not just reach and engagement.

You'llalso understand how influencer insights drive recruitment decisions, backed by a solid grasp of CPM and CPC benchmarks.

Community builder – you love developing genuine, long-term relationships with creators, partnersand agencies.

Data-driven – you use performance data to decide which influencers to scale, rotate or retire.

An eye for great content – youknowwhat excellent, high-quality, on-brand influencer content looks like, and how to get the best out of every creator.

Highly organised –you’veproven you can run a high-volume programme (influencers, codes, meal orders, briefs, payments) successfully.

Target-driven – you set clear goals and hold yourself, theagencyand your partners accountable to them.

Influencer Affiliate Programme - primary focus

  • Scale Frive’s Influencer affiliate programme, balancing creator relationship management with commercial performance – CAC, incentive structure, commissionratesand kickback costs.
  • Own day-to-day relationships with affiliate influencers, building a strong network and developing long-term partnerships with top-performing talent.
  • Develop Frive’screator community, growing a pipeline of high-performing affiliate influencers who drive new customer sign-ups via DTC, and, as a secondary channel, feed our Tik Tok Shop programme.
  • Maximise the value of influencer content, repurposing it into Meta ads and other paid channels, and using it across CRM and landing pages.
  • Support the agency on Tik Tok Shop, ensuringwe’refully maximising existing influencer relationships across all touchpoints.

Operations & Reporting

  • Coordinate influencer & affiliate operations, including weekly meal orders and codes.
  • Own affiliate and influencer reporting, tracking performance against commercial targets.
  • Hold both the influencer agency and Growth team accountable for delivering agreed performance targets and optimisations.
  • Proven experiencescalinginfluencer marketing programmes, ideally in a high-growth D2C business.
  • Strong commercial understanding of CAC, incentive structures, commissionratesand ROI.
  • A natural relationship-builder, comfortable managing a large and growing network of creators and partners.
  • A sharp eye for excellent, high-quality, on-brand content, with experience briefing creators.
  • Highly organised, with experience running high-volume, detail-heavy operations such as codes, meal orders, briefsand payments.
  • Data-driven, comfortable with performance reporting and using data to make creator and budget decisions.
  • Experience repurposing organic or influencer content into paid social (Meta) and CRM/landing page use.
  • Exposure to Tik Tok Shop or affiliate/influencer platforms is a plus, but not essential.
