About Frive: Frive stands for Food to Thrive - we help busy people thrive not only because our meals are healthy, balanced and made with 100% whole foods/ natural ingredients, but also because they’re ready to heat and eat in minutes - saving you an hour a day, or up to 7 hours a week, for what matters most. We’re the UK’s highest-rated meal prep brand, with over 20 million meals delivered, and we’re just getting started.

We work with people from all different backgrounds and communities and recognise our own biases. We strive to create a strong sense of belonging and believe we will be better equipped to achieve our goals by building a team that approaches problems from different angles, using different perspectives and experiences to solve problems. All qualified applicants will be considered and we have no regard for age, ethnicity, ability, gender, gender expression, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation — the more the merrier, and together we can achieve greatness.

Impact: The ERP Manager will own the ERP roadmap and lead all ERP-related projects, including oversight of the current system and the full lifecycle of Frive’s future SAP implementation. This role is responsible for improving processes, driving utilisation, and ensuring the ERP fully supports the business as it scales.

About You: You should have excellent project management skills. The implementation of the ERP system will require you to liaise with and resource across the entire business and pull resource from BAU projects onto the ERP project when required. Ability to problem solve – there will be a discovery period where we will be working with the vendor to document processes to be implemented into the new ERP system. This will require a working knowledge of how the factory will operate versus the capabilities of the ERP system. Documentation and presenting skills – the main reason for a project slipping is either due to resource constraints or scope creep so it will be important for you to document (working alongside the transformation partner) and play these back to stakeholders to ensure sign off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP Ownership & Optimisation: Ensure the ERP is correctly configured, adopted, and used efficiently across all departments — including operations, production, procurement, finance, and customer service. Continuously refine and optimise ERP functionality to support business growth and operational excellence.

Development of new features and integration enhancements (including SAP & current in-house implementations during the pre-SAP rollout). Manage timelines, stakeholders, and delivery of ERP-related projects.
  • Business Process Mapping: Analyse and understand operational workflows such as meal production, procurement, stock management, order flow, and delivery. Translate business requirements into clearly defined ERP configurations or development tasks.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Production, Finance, Tech, Commercial, and other teams to gather requirements and ensure ERP changes align with business goals. Serve as the primary liaison between teams and ERP development partners.
  • Utilisation & Training: Drive ERP adoption across the organisation, ensuring teams use the system consistently and correctly. Oversee training, documentation, onboarding, and change-management processes.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness throughout the ERP. Support forecasting, planning, and reporting by maintaining reliable data structures and integrations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in ERP processes and lead initiatives to resolve them. Recommend and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the day-to-day contact for the SAP transformation team. Collaborate with IT Operations Lead, external IT vendor and wider team for testing, validation, and rollout support.

Success Looks Like: A structured, fully utilised ERP that supports smooth workflows across the organisation. Accurate and reliable data enabling strong planning, forecasting, and reporting. A successful SAP implementation delivered on time, with high adoption and minimal disruption. An ERP environment that scales with the business and drives operational excellence.
