Role and Responsibilities
This hands-on position is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Laborer, your responsibilities will include: * Loading and unloading palletized goods and cases from trailers * Utilizing warehouse systems to accurately pick, scan, and prepare items for shipment * Safely operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts (training and certification provided) * Stacking and organizing products on trailer floors manually or with loading tools * Performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and orderly workplace
Required Skills And Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 15Γ’β¬β50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Capability to perform repetitive physical movements such as bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and stretching
- Comfortable with manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts
- Adaptability to work in environments with varying temperatures, humidity, noise, and slippery surfaces
