Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest services. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Engage with guests to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest experience
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring high standards of culinary presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain smooth service flow
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the bar environment
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety practices and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately
