The role involves support day-to-day activities involving goods-in and goods-out processes, coordinating with third-party suppliers, and providing key administrative support to the supply chain team. This is a developmental role offering exposure to planning, procurement, logistics, and operations administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise goods-in deliveries, prepare delivery information, and process incoming paperwork.

  • Raise and progress purchase orders, providing updates as required

  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers for transport scheduling.

  • Match and approve purchase invoices

  • Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team

Skills & Experience Required

  • Entry-level role – no prior supply chain experience required

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Possess good numeracy skills

What\’s on Offer

  • Salary: Β£26,000 – Β£27,000 (depending on experience).

  • Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday – Friday.
