The Role: We are looking for a proactive Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This is not a standard "customer service" desk role. We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of the customer journey acting as the essential link between our production floor, our field-based sales team, and our clients.
- Sales Team Partnership: Act as the primary office-based partner to our field-based Sales Managers, providing them with the real-time information they need to effectively manage client relationships whilst out on the road.
- Proactive Account Management: Manage a portfolio of label converter accounts, taking responsibility for the full order lifecycle from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Logistics Management: Oversee the coordination of orders, including both domestic distribution and international export shipments, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production and logistics teams to gather real-time data, ensuring all departments are aligned on customer needs.
