Are you ready to make a real difference this winter? We’re looking for experienced Band 8A Clinical Pharmacists to join our friendly and forward-thinking pharmacy team at either Wexham Park Hospital or Frimley Park Hospital. This bank opportunity will help cover service gaps across our Emergency Department (ED) and Acute Medical Unit (AMU) during the busy winter months, a time when your expertise will make a real impact on patient care, safety, and flow.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess pharmaceutical care needs and develop care plans.
- Provide medicines reconciliation, optimisation, and discharge support.
- Advising medical and nursing staff on prescribing and medicines management.
- Counselling patients and supporting continuity of care.
- Participating in ward rounds and cross-site pharmacy collaboration.
- Act as an Independent Prescriber within your area of competence.

Confident, proactive pharmacists with strong clinical knowledge in acute or emergency care, who thrive under pressure and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
