We are searching for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Children’s Nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality care to patients and their families, with a progressive and innovative mindset for continuous service improvements.
Main duties of the job
We have a unique, caring, and inclusive team responsible for the care of Children and Young People from 5 days to 18 years old, across East Berkshire and South Bucks.
Our department includes a 5-bedded High Dependency Unit, 19 inpatient beds, and a 6-bedded Day Surgery Unit. We have close links with our Paediatric Assessment Unit, Neonatal Unit, Children’s Outpatient Department, Paediatric A&E, and Children’s Community Nursing Teams, as well as our regional Children’s Hospital in Oxford. We promote strong interdepartmental and cross-site working relationships with Heatherwood and Frimley Park Hospitals.
