Occupational Therapy Team Lead (Medicine) – Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Occupational Therapist to lead our Medicine team at Wexham Park Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the Medical Occupational Therapy Service with a focus on developing a competent, knowledgeable workforce.
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centred, evidence‑based clinical care.
- Mentor and support clinical staff, ensuring a high level of clinical and leadership excellence.
- Collaborate with clinical specialist band 7 OT in surgery and other peer teams to drive service improvement and capacity.
Candidate profile
- Experienced in acute/medicine settings and comfortable leading a fast‑paced, pressured team.
