Main Duties Of The Job
- Support the delivery of person-centred care under the supervision of registered and non-registered nursing staff.
- Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, meals).
- Help with non-clinical duties in a ward or department.
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
Training and Career Progression
- Level 2 Health Care Apprenticeship
- Care Certificate training
- On successful completion of apprenticeship and care certificate (approximately 8 months), you will have the opportunity to progress to a Band 3 Health Care Assistant role within the Trust.
