Assistant Greenkeeper
Frilford Heath Golf Club is looking to recruit a number of Assistant Greenkeepers. The successful candidates would work under the Courses Manager and Course Supervisors to present the courses and estate to the highest standards. The club has a thriving membership and is a regular host to significant events, including Regional Open Qualifying. We are proud to be hosting the R&A Senior Amateur Championship in 2026.
We are currently embarking on some exciting projects, which include replacing the existing machinery fleet as part of a three-phase lease deal with Toro Machinery and managing the installation of new irrigation systems for all three courses. We are a club committed to sustainability and the environment with most of the estate being designated SSSI.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to significantly contribute to the ongoing development of the estate and assist in delivering our vision and living our purpose. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential. This is a physical role so a good level of physical fitness is required. A positive outlook and flexible attitude to work are also a must.
