As a Production Operative on our afternoon shift, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring our high-quality products are processed and packed safely for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced factory environment, collaborating closely with your colleagues to meet daily targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
- Production Excellence: Process, seal, pack and dispatch high-quality products to exact specifications while meeting production targets.
- Safety & Hygiene: Comply with the highest levels of health, safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the safe handling of food products throughout the factory.
- Operational Support: Carry out essential service roles, track products accurately through the system and support departmental improvement projects.
- Leadership & Growth: Take responsibility for your own development and, when required, step up to support the smooth operation of the department or coach new team members.

- Experience: While previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred, it is not essential; we value a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude.
