You will lead the engineering infrastructure and site projects to ensure our production lines remain operational and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing
- Manage the engineering shift supervisors and the wider team to deliver day-to-day requirements while overseeing major site installations and commissioning.
- Focus on maintaining production targets through proactive maintenance and swift response to situational demands.
- Oversee the site’s daily engineering function, ensuring all plant equipment and power systems maintain maximum uptime with minimal interruption.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale production projects, managing technical documentation, compliance, and project budgets within defined timeframes.
- Drive a culture of high performance by upskilling the engineering team, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.
- Identify ways to optimise production performance, investigate new technological developments for equipment replacement, and reduce waste streams.
What you will bring

- 5–10 years of relevant engineering knowledge and 2–4 years of managerial experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced food production industry.
