National Account Manager (OOH) London (GB) Sales & Marketing 32-40
This role is responsible for the Wholesale & Buying Group (WBG) sector, reporting directly to the Business Unit Controller.You will own the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process,translate the Fighting Unit strategy into actionable customer JBP plans, and lead the performance management. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective alignment across Marketing and Category functions to unlock sustainable growth and strengthen our overall market share.
- To lead the cascading of the Fighting Unit’s strategy and turn into data-driven Channel & Customer plans (incl. budget , KPIs and yearly targets, per key account). Align and integrate the Channel & Category strategy from the CCD team.
- Run execution drumbeat and deliver on Channel & Customer strategy, driving distribution, frequency & profitable volume growth
- To be the Main representative of FCUK for the customer’s (direct or indirect) organizations. Ensuring that FCUK and client departments liaise effectively and helping build collaborative cross functional relationships
- Drive customer preference to grow share of wallet through:
(1) Constructive partnering with new and existing customers (incl. quick commerce);
(2) Leading fact-based negotiations to create Win-win trade terms (incl. optimal price and promo policy, in alignment with Marketing) and engaging in joint business planning;
(3) Creating efficient service agreements
- Win with relevant assortment:
(1) Prioritising Hero SKUs in assortment planning with Key Accounts
(2) Contributing to insights on right price/pack architectures ( (OBPPC) for the Channel, including creating strong value chains to deliver for FCUK
(3) Collect pack insights and learnings from field and closely monitor competitors and customer demand to drive barrier-breaking renovation/ innovation
- Run effective promotions (driving RoS, Penetration and with positive ROPI) and manage trade term spending to achieve sales KPIs;
- Align activity calendar with customers/distributors and lead (Field) Sales team in excellent execution of Channel & Customer Plans (incl. look & feel of in-store/depot activation, position on shelf, OSA etc).
- Monitor Channel contribution per customer and key sales KPIs: vol/val/ profitable growth, trade spend management, active outlets (incl online stores), effective calls and provide reports to BUC and MT (incl. improvements and growth opportunities)
- Provide key strategic direction for development of channel and customer by helping

- 3+ years in FMCG
- Proven track record of commercial delivery and strategic customer management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- Resilience and ownership mindset — thrives in a high-performing & lean teams
- Ability to manage ambiguity and flex outside core responsibilities when needed
