What we ask

  • You have a university degree, combined with 5 years of relevant marketing experience within a brand led FMCG company in the UK market.
  • You have strong knowledge of the UK retail market, both from consumer and customer lens, to lead the development and execution of our UK marketing plan.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of media, communication (both online and offline), and activation.
  • You are familiar with brand P&L responsibility and are skilled in fact-based analysis of your commercial results.
  • You have experience in analysing retail and household panel data.
  • You are commercially driven, hands-on and, with the necessary dose of creativity, always think solution-oriented and consumer-first.
  • You are a team player and communicate well with internal and external partners and customers.

What we offer

  • Salary: gross £50-55K
  • Office Based Contract: 50% in-office attendance
  • Bonus: Up to 12.5% annual bonus
  • Pension: Up to 13.7% employer contribution (age-dependent)
