The role is to provide support and guidance within the food room.
To be responsible for the storage, rotation and collection of food.
To maintain and clean equipment and storage facilities and maintain hygiene standards within the food room.
To set up for each class, support with the administration and displays, and report all food room concerns.
To support in other specialisms within the Design & Technology Department as the Technician as and when required.
The person
The successful candidate for this role will be organised and forward thinking.
They will be thorough in all hygiene practices and knowledgeable in food safety and food storage.
They will take pride in their work areas and maintain their equipment and storage facilities to a high standard.
