Friends of the Elderly (FotE) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing excellent care with a family feel, we have been supporting older people for over 120 years. The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.
Malvern offers person-centred day care for people living with dementia. Our customers can meet new friends and take part in activities they enjoy, with help and support available from our dedicated and experienced care staff.
Joining us as a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Ensure residents are at the heart of our care delivery, and ensure that their physical, social and wellbeing needs are being met.
- Follow statutory and professional requirements to achieve high standards in nursing care and service delivery.
- Administer medication in line with our policies.
- Facilitate a residents choice, dignity, and respect.
- Keep our residents safe and secure.
About you:
A Registered General Nurse or Registered Adult Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you will have proven experience caring for older people, complying with care and other regulatory frameworks and will be comfortable supervising staff. We would particularly like to hear from those with a RMN qualification and previous experience working in residential care for older people.
