Join Friends of the Earth as a Creative Producer covering maternity leave until January 2027. This is a fixed‑term, part‑time role.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Fixed Term – covering maternity leave until January 2027
  • Salary: Full Time Equivalent – Regional ÂŁ38,304 – ÂŁ40,354, London ÂŁ41,719 – ÂŁ43,769 per annum. London salary applies to candidates based in the London office for a minimum of two days a week.
  • Hours: 18.75 hours per week (part time, 2.5 days)
  • Location: Flexible across England, Wales and Northern Ireland

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized creative producer with bold ideas and strong film skills. You will step into an established role, providing stability and a fresh perspective to an award‑winning, fast‑paced creative team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the creative team's capacity alongside the Senior Graphic Designer;
  • Serving as the first point of call for all new creative briefs;
  • Creating content that brings creativity and clear strategic thinking to film and photography projects across organic social and paid media;
  • Line‑managing two videographers and producing your own content plans and films.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to project‑manage across multiple projects and workstreams;
  • High competence in film and photography production;
  • A keen understanding of digital communications, with enthusiasm for using audience insight to drive creative approaches;
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude to solving problems and working with others;
  • Confident line manager and team leader;
  • Ability to ethically source compelling stories and use these effectively in visual media.
