The Fried Frank London office are currently recruiting for a Restructuring Associate (2-3 PQE / Class of 2022-2023).
The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers.
They will engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Required skills
- 2-3 PQE (Class of 2022-2023) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance.
