We are open to receiving exceptional Real Estate Associate profiles to join their distinguished and growing Real Estate practice. Candidates would need to have experience at the mid-level. The successful Associate would work closely with the Partners on a wide spectrum of high-value and sophisticated transactions. The Real Estate Practice at Fried Frank is a dedicated group of corporate lawyers with deep experience in real estate and integrated access to the firm’s broader global capabilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
- Acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures
- Capital solutions and complex M&A transactions with real estate components
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Coordinating with other practices (Real Estate, Tax, Finance, Private Equity) to deliver integrated solutions
This role offers significant client exposure, teamwork on headline deals, and the chance to support global clients at the intersection of corporate and real estate law. We are looking for candidates who have 3-4 years post qualification experience, with strong transactional experience in real estate or related disciplines from a top international law firm.
