The Fried Frank London office are currently recruiting for a Restructuring Associate (2 PQE / Class of 2023). The successful Associate will work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers. They will engage in cross-border and UK restructurings and insolvencies across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and execution of restructuring and insolvency projects.
