Alongside our own portfolio of health and wellness brands, we collaborate with a cross-sector client base – from flagship retailers and global names, to hospitality destinations and leisure services.

About the role
This is a key role within a small, close-knit creative team. You’ll be responsible for driving forward ideas and delivering thoughtful, high-impact creative solutions – from retail space and brand activations to hospitality concepts and beyond. You’ll bring new brands to life, keep projects on track, and ensure everything we put into the world meets our exacting standards.
You\’re strategic enough to spot opportunities for creative growth within existing relationships – and confident enough to help us shape new ones. You\’ll play a central role in growing our creative portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic thinking into compelling creative concepts
- Lead and deliver interior design projects from ideation through to final execution
- Collaborate closely with strategists, operators and contractors
- Confidently present your work and rationale to clients and internal teams
- Mentor and support junior designers, helping to raise the creative bar
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of studio experience, ideally with retail design experience
- A portfolio that showcases concept and technical design capabilities
- An understanding of commerciality within interior design
- On site experience of delivering and managing projects
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to shape the creative culture around you
