The Finance Business Analyst will join a central Finance Change function at a London insurer, supporting the delivery of finance-led transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on true finance change rather than IT or delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support the delivery of finance transformation activity
  • Act as a hands-on Finance Change BA, capturing, analysing and documenting finance requirements
  • Support the translation of finance change into clear, actionable deliverables
  • Engage across finance teams to ensure change is embedded effectively in a regulated insurance environment
  • Contribute to shaping and supporting finance-led change initiatives from initiation through to delivery
  • Operate within a central finance change team supporting multiple business areas

Essential Requirements

  • CIMA or ACCA qualified
  • Proven Finance Change experience (finance-led change, not Change IT)
  • Insurance experience is essential (London Market or wider insurance)
  • Strong background in finance transformation activities
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused change environment
