Nigel Frank International is working with a Microsoft Partner to recruit a Senior Power Platform Consultant to design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
This is a hands-on consulting role focused on functional solution design, configuration, and delivery, working closely with architects, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, well-governed Power Platform solutions. The role is Glasgow-based, with hybrid working, and remote options available for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Senior Power Platform Consultant, you’ll be responsible for owning the functional design and delivery of Power Platform and D365 solutions. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, while ensuring best practice, governance, and quality standards are met. You’ll play a key role on large transformation programmes as well as continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a trusted consultant to both technical teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution design across Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Design and configure solutions using: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse
- Translate business requirements into clear, scalable functional designs
- Configure environments, security roles, data models, and integrations
- Provide functional leadership across the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, UAT, go-live)
- Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders, developers, and architects
- Champion best practice, governance, and reusable design patterns
- Support agile and waterfall delivery models and DevOps pipelines
Experience & Skills
- Strong experience as a Power Platform Consultant
- Deep understanding of Power Platform capabilities and architecture
- Solid experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or Field Service)
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, including security, environments, and data modelling
- Experience with Azure components and integrations
- Confident working in client-facing consulting environments
- Comfortable delivering in agile teams and structured delivery programmes
